WorkShift is a start up that is working to help connect local healthcare workers with businesses and organizations seeking on-demand healthcare workers to perform necessary COVID Testing, vaccinations, among other medical/clinical services. Established in 2020, WorkShift is working to bridge the gap between businesses seeking healthcare workers and the workers themselves. Through WorkShift, we hope to build a force of healthcare workers that are willing and ready to help when needed.
Bekki Yang
Bekki has over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Strategic Planning. She has extensive work in the recruitment marketing category with both large and small companies. Bekki is passionate about creating a world that uses technology to better serve the community and giving access to all that need it.
Manny Lara
Manny has over 15 years of strategic HR experience for large healthcare systems; with recruitment, leadership development, operations and employment law. He also supports several workforce development initiatives across the Greater Milwaukee area.
Julio Fernandez
Julio is a business, marketing & Technology professional with over 15 years of experience both in the government and private sector. Served 8 years as Technology Coordinator for Milwaukee Public Schools. His areas of expertise include financial analysis, budgeting, go-to-market strategy, Business Process Automation (BPA), network security, and software development. Currently serving as board member and other local for-profit organizations impacting thousands of jobs in the underserved communities.
